Processing:
Ready to Ship Units: All Ready to Ship orders are processed within 3-5 buisness days or sooner (does not include weekends or holidays). While Ready to Ship units are processed much faster than Custom Units or Premade Units there is a necessary processing period. After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships you'll recieve another email notifying you.
Please keep in mind your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
Shipping:
Shipping occurs after the processing period is complete and you recieve a tracking number via email. All orders will be shipped in 2-3 days via USPS Priority Mail. All units will require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for shipping address errors please double check shipping info before placing order.
Once your package is shipped and you receive a tracking number we are not responsible for any misplaced, lost, or damaged items. All orders include insurance and signature delivery. We ask that you contact USPS or UPS for additional information.
We do offer free returns or exchanges if an item is incorrect on our behalf. ( Wrong product, Damaged Lace etc.) The product can be returned for store credit or a replacement of the original product. All Sales are Final and non-refundable. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
